Faith is an Organizational Change Expert and is the Leading Change Director at BSEA. She has over 10 years of experience in training and consulting in change management and communication, balanced scorecards and performance measurement. She has successfully guided and assisted clients in government and state corporations, transport, water, banking, insurance, manufacturing, telecommunications sectors and in the not-for-profit sector in these areas. Her portfolio of clients includes the Bank of Tanzania, Commercial Bank of Africa, Kenya Ports Authority (KPA), Bank of Uganda, Pacis Insurance Company, Uganda Communications Commission, National Information Technology Authority (NITA), Uganda, Tanathi Water Services Board (TAWSB), ZESCO, Ghana Grid Company, Uganda Finance Trust, Parliament of Uganda, Kenyatta National Hospital, NSSF-Uganda, NETFUND and the Kenya Red Cross. She is an associate of the Balanced Scorecard Institute (USA), a licensed PuMP® performance measurement consultant and trainer with Stacey Barr Plc. (Australia) and Lead Trainer with APMG (UK). She holds an MSc in Organizational Change from Ashridge Business School.
