Florence is a seasoned Human Resources Specialist with over 15 years’ experience. Her experience includes leading effective Human Resources teams, managing Human Capital, workforce planning, employee resourcing, employee relations, compensation and benefits management, Health and Safety operations.
Florence holds a Bachelor degree in Business Management, majoring in Human Resources Management and is currently pursuing an advance degree in the same field. She is a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM).
